Shipping Policy

US Orders: We offer standard, priority, and expedited shipping options, using the following services depending on distance and weight: USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other remote locations may take longer.

International Orders: We offer International Priority and International Expedited shipping to Canada, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Please note that Tiahnaj is not responsible for lost packages or other shipping issues outside of USPS boundaries. Any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable or reimbursable. If a proxy address or third-party forwarding service is used, our responsibility ends once the item arrives at that US address. Tiahnaj is not responsible for lost packages or other shipping issues beyond this point.

Rates and Handling Times

Order shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process (before payment is confirmed). After your order is completed, you will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number.

US Standard Shipments are processed within 3-4 business days. Priority shipping (US and International) is processed within 2-3 business days.

Expedited shipping (US and International) is processed the same or next business day.
