Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every Tiahnaj purchase. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you that we are processing your refund. Tiahnaj reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the returned item does not meet our requirements.

Please note that magazines, gift cards, and health and personal care items are not returnable.

Shipping costs for returning items to Tiahnaj are always the customer's responsibility. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if you wish to exchange an item, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item (US orders only). Tiahnaj is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items, so we recommend that you purchase insurance for your return.

All items are quality-controlled and inspected for defects before shipment. We recommend that you perform the same inspection upon receipt of your order. If you believe the item is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will not process claims for damage after 48 hours. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear will not be refunded or exchanged.

Cancelled Orders

Customer cancellations are subject to a 3-4% handling fee, depending on the payment method.

Ordering from our website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
